All non-commercial events related to medical physics, without respect to location or sponsoring organization, are welcome to be submitted for inclusion in this Calendar. E-mail is the preferred method of submission and the address is EventsEd@aol.com.
Email file attachments should be in ASCII text format. Basic informational pages in text or HTML (without graphics) are welcome for inclusion on the Medical Physics server if your event does not have a webpage elsewhere. Please include the URL of your informational webpage if you have one. Alternatively, you may fax or mail your item to:

Please note that the Calendar is no longer included in the print edition of Medical Physics in order to devote more pages to research articles. Items of wide international interest submitted to this Calendar may also be submitted to Medical Physics World by the Editor if the lead time is sufficient (6-12 months). MPW Calendar submission deadlines are April 1 and October 1. It may be an additional 3 months or so before those issues arrive in most worldwide mailboxes, thus you should allow one full year for an MPW Calendar submission to publicize your event.
For immediate publicity of your local or regional event, you may use one of the local or regional mailing lists for medical and/or health physicists. For immediate publicity of your national or international event, you may wish to post it on one of the Medical Physics Mailing Lists to reach a broad global audience. The Global List has >3000 subscribers in over >70 countries.
